Edu-Action has made a huge impact on my school life. Nababawasan na yung burden or worries nila Mama and Papa on where to get the payments for school fees and etc. I am and will always be glad to be a part of the Edu-Action Grantees.

Environment

Waste Reduction Action Program (WRAP) aims to reduce the volume of solid waste that ends up in landfills and leaks into the natural environment. This program assists partners in setting up a segregation and collection venue in their location as well as establishing a waste recycling system by connecting them with trusted recyclers to handle their waste. Additionally, WRAP promotes responsible waste management in communities through environmental awareness activities.

Community

Development

Alagang Matibay is an initiative designed to make a lasting, positive impact on the local community, particularly in Brgy. Canlubang, Laguna. Our programs focus on boosting corporate volunteerism and promoting Pioneer’s core values by implementing the Foundation's existing initiatives within the community. We aim to not only benefit the current community but also inspire and extend this advocacy to other communities in the future.

Katibayanihan is dedicated to supporting communities impacted by natural disasters. We provide relief packs, donate Pioneer products for rebuilding efforts, and help with boat reconstruction. Our goal is to aid in immediate relief and long-term recovery, helping communities overcome adversity and rebuild their lives.

Corporate

Volunteerism

The Mighty Green Movement is a club created by the Foundation to foster corporate volunteerism among company employees. Members support Foundation activities while also developing their own projects that align with Pioneer’s advocacies. The club’s goal is to encourage innovative ideas and inspire a sense of purpose among volunteers.

Being a volunteer is fulfilling.
